Payment Structure & Bank details

·         Upon confirming your travel arrangements with Weekytrips, you'll be required to make an initial payment of 30% of the total cost of your trip.

·         Once Weekytrips has secured your train tickets and hotel reservations, you'll need to make a second payment of 50% of the total cost. This amount is typically non-refundable.

·         The remaining 20% of the total cost need to be clear before your tour start.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

• In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
• Before 14 days of the journey date: 25% cancellation charge
• Before 7 days of the journey date: 50% cancellation charge
• Less than a week before the journey or no-show: 100% cancellation charge.

      Special Cancellation Policy

• In case of special train journeys, flight bookings, packages with government accommodation, and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Refund policy

• In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize within a week. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, and missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

         Natural Calamity

• In case of natural calamity, we will refund the whole amount except for a nominal amount for hotel and cab bookings as per hotel and cab policy.

Special Note

• In case of trip plan changes, we will immediately provide an alternative plan.
